If you're like me, you don't want to cook every single meal every single day. And if you have kids who are running out the door for school, getting them a nutritious meal for breakfast is far and few between. Until now! These purple protein pancakes are so easy, healthy, and great for meal prep.
Ingredients
¼ cup Kodiak cakes
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp beet powder
1 egg
Spash of vanilla
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Purple carrot powder
2 tbsp of water
1 whole apple shredded
1 tbsp MCT oil
Toppings
Fresh Berries
Whip cream
PB or choc PB
maple syrup
